What is AEE APAC 2026?
The AEE Asia-Pacific Regional Conference 2026 is a gathering of educators, trainers, facilitators, researchers, youth workers, outdoor educators, school leaders, community practitioners, and experiential learning professionals from across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.
Hosted by JUMP! Foundation in partnership with the Association for Experiential Education (AEE), the conference provides opportunities to learn, connect, collaborate, and explore innovative approaches to experiential education.
What is the theme of the conference?
The theme is “Building Bridges, Embracing Resilience,” which explores how experiential learning forges cross-cultural connections and nurtures resilience in a post-pandemic world

What are the program highlights?
AEE APAC 2026 offers a dynamic program designed to inspire, connect, and equip experiential educators from across the region.
The main conference features 40+ interactive breakout workshops, panel discussion, generative discussions, and activateEE storytelling.
Pre-conference offerings include masterclasses, technical courses, and research paper presentations, providing opportunities for deeper learning and professional development.
What is ActivatEE?
ActivatEE is sharing platform designed by the Association for Experiential Education for its members and conference attendees. ActivatEE is a developmental process, both for the speaker and the audience, where we share ideas, test assumptions, and are asked to view a perspective through a different lens. ActivatEE is designed to facilitate the process of creating one’s story, inspiring the use of one’s voice, and launching an idea – all on stage during a conference keynote. ActivatEE has quickly become one of the most highly anticipated and attended traditions at AEE Conferences.

Who is hosting the event?
The conference is hosted by the JUMP! Foundation in partnership with the Association for Experiential Education (AEE) Asia-Pacific Regional Council
When and where will the conference be held?
The main conference takes place September 19–20, 2026 at NIST International School in Bangkok, Thailand.
Pre-conference will be held September 16–18, 2026 at Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15, Bangkok.
Each conference day will run from approximately 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, both during the pre-conference (September 16–18) and main conference (September 19–20). Exact session times will vary slightly day to day and when finalized will be shared on the Program page.

How do I get to the venue?
NIST International School and Mövenpick Hotel Sukhumvit 15 are both located on Sukhumvit Soi 15 in the heart of Bangkok and are easily accessible by public transportation.
The nearest stations are:
- BTS Skytrain: Asok Station (approx. 5–10 minute walk)
- MRT: Sukhumvit Station (approx. 5–10 minute walk)
You can also reach the venue by taxi or ride-hailing services such as Grab. Please allow extra travel time during peak traffic hours.
For attendees staying at participating Kingston Hotels Group properties, a complimentary shuttle service to and from NIST International School will be provided throughout the conference.

Registration, Costs & Involvement
Are there early bird discounts?
Yes. Early Bird registration was available until 31 May 2026. This promotional period has now ended.
How do I register?
