Who Are You When You Facilitate? The Inner Work of Experiential Leadership

Facilitation is not just about methods or activities. It is about presence. Every time we step into a learning space, we bring our beliefs, fears, biases, and lived experiences with us. These unseen elements shape how we respond, how we lead, and ultimately how others learn.

This masterclass invites you to pause and explore a deeper question, who are you when you facilitate? Through an experiential and reflective approach, participants will examine the connection between inner awareness and outward practice. Rather than trying to remove what we feel, this session focuses on building the capacity to work with it, so that who we are becomes a strength in the learning process. Rooted in decades of global facilitation experience, this is a space to explore how identity, self-image, and emotional patterns influence group dynamics, and how greater awareness can lead to more intentional, authentic facilitation.

Because in the end, participants remember not just what you did, but who you were with them.

Here’s How You Will Benefit

By the end of this masterclass, you will:

  • Deepen awareness of how your inner state shapes your facilitation
